John was absolutely fantastic! This is my first time taking this class but it really opened my horizons and most importantly it was not awkward. Typically, this type of training has participants feel slightly uncomfortable and not willing to participate, but this was completely opposite. Great class!
Productive Communication
The presenter took a subject that would not always hold my attention, and made it enjoyable. He was fun, energetic and charismatic. Make me really think about how I interact with not only customers, but also coworkers.

I took this class in a previous supervising training but the material was fresh and the conversation was not repetitive. The group activities were a fun exercise.

This was maybe the best training regarding team communication that I have ever had this is very relevant, easily understandable and can practically be employed back in our daily jobs. I would highly recommend its continuation in the leadership program.

John was clear, concise, and very engaging. It is clear he is knowledgeable on the topic and offered wonderful exercises to prove his points, as well as help students deal with the fear of public speaking.

We were so thankful to have John come and facilitate the productive communication workshop with our team. He was engaging, thoughtful, and thorough in his explanations. We feel like we were able to better understand how each of us communicates differently and how we can better work together to make our company stronger and more efficient!
John was really knowledgeable and pushes us out of our comfort zones. I enjoyed the time limits on the speeches, not too long. I hate public speaking with a passion, and am more of a quiet/shy person, so doing these exercises really made me push myself, and I thank John, Kyle and everyone else involved in deciding the curriculum for making me a little more confident with public speaking.
Shermetaro brings a positive attitude and a fun environment to a class that generally intimidates most. He is a calming presence who does a good job relating to the audience and explaining. Promote ahead of peers. Made me less nervous for future public speaking in regard to debunking myths and fears I’ve adapted from previous teachings.
Mr. Shermataro was an excellent instructor & I gained a lot of useful insight into being a better instructor & expert witness. He brought up valid points of discussion, offered constructive criticism to each class attendee, answered questions & gave encouragement. He is definitely great at what he does!
Great job including the practical exercise of the course, because instead of just teaching tips for public speaking that would be forgotten about. The practical exercise of talking to a wall forced me to overcome the “silly” feeling, and actually put the points recently learned into action. Course made you face your discomfort & improved, or know how to better yourself. Great class!
